About the Project
EcoAgriculture Partners has maintained a long-term presence in global policy, learning, and advocacy spaces, connecting international agendas with the realities, priorities, and solutions emerging from landscapes.
Over the years, EcoAg has contributed to processes linked to the three Rio Conventions: the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Convention on Biological Diversity, and the UN Convention to Combat Desertification. Through COPs, Climate Weeks, the International Model Forest Network Global Forum, and other international gatherings, EcoAg has brought forward the most pressing needs and practical solutions related to integrated governance, landscape finance, and the capacities required to turn commitments into action.
This engagement has also included policy dialogues, the FORBES webinar series, calls to action, and the development of knowledge that has helped build the case for systemic, place-based approaches. EcoAg has contributed papers, policy briefs, scientific articles, practical frameworks, case studies, and other key publications developed with partners and landscape leaders.
Across this work, EcoAg has sought not only to elevate local voices, but also to influence how global institutions understand and respond to interconnected challenges. By linking local experience with international decision-making, EcoAg has helped advance a stronger narrative for integrated landscape approaches and the conditions needed to support them.
