Recent News » Second IPSI Global Conference Scheduled for March 2012
The Second International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI) Global Conference will be held at the World Agroforestry Centre facilities in Nairobi, Kenya on 12-14 March, 2012. The Conference will consist of both The IPSI Assembly, a review of overall activities and decisions on institutional matters by member organizations, and The Public Forum, attended by all interested stakeholders. The Public Forum will aim to strengthen collaboration and synergies among members as well as between the Satoyama Initiatve and other relevant initiatives and programs. Furthermore, it will strive to enhance understanding and raise awareness of the importance of socio-ecological production landscapes.
EcoAgriculture Partners is a member of IPSI and will be represented at the conference in Nairobi. A more detailed Conference description can be found here.
